Area of Validity
Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of business apply to all orders placed through our online shop. The customer will be advised of the current GTC status when ordering. Submission of the online form constitutes confirmation that the customer has read and understood the current GTC, and accepts them as legally binding.
Terms of Delivery
Only people the age of 18 or older may order. Customers under the age of 18 will need the signature of a parent or legal guardian. Submission of the online form constitutes confirmation that the customer is legally 18 or over and/or the legal guardian or parent.
Please provide the personal data required on the order form. Please advise us of any updated information. For invalid orders: We reserve the right to refuse orders which contain invalid or incomplete information. Provision of telephone, e-mail, e-card and credit card data is an implied guarantee that the user has the night to access, use and provide said information.
We are able to fulfil orders immediately 99% of the time. All products are constantly submitted to quality control checks. Delivery of the product will occur within 14 days of placing the order. The product will be delivered in plain packaging by reliable shipping means directly to the address given on the test order form.
Merchandise which is deemed to be unsatisfactory in any way should be sent back in its entirety with the return label in the original packaging. A refund will be issued upon request. The purchase becomes unconditional after the 30 day test period has lapsed. Missing parts of the merchandise will be deducted.
Changes of address must be submitted within 14 days to enable mutual obligations to be fulfilled. Otherwise costs incurred by a change of address must be assumed by the customer, and the legal conditions submitted to the previous address must be accepted as valid, legal and binding.
Prices and Terms of Payment
I.T.P. Handels GmbH offers its worldwide internet customers the convenient option of purchasing by credit card (MASTERCARD/EUROCARD or VISA). Please provide the information required correctly and completely.
Other Forms of Payment:
• On invoice - In case of using this payment method we have to charge a service fee.
All merchandise will remain the property of I.T.P. Handels GmbH until full payment has been submitted. The purchase amount includes value added tax according to the law. The current prices given in our online shop are valid. All rights reserved, including change of price and possible error. Shipping costs will be listed additionally in the bill.
Liability
We are not liable for erroneous prices or product descriptions given. We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer or a third party by using the product in a manner not described in the instructions, or by its exposure to external conditions (moisture, heat, cold). I.T.P. Handels GmbH is also released from any liability related to any change, mutation, or attempt to alter the product by the customer or a third party.
As far as legally permissible, we are not responsible for damage caused by the use of this website, especially for claims arising from the inaccessibility of the website temporarily or for extended periods of time.
I.T.P. Handels GmbH cannot guarantee freedom from viruses and other damaging programs such as Spyware, Trojans, etc., and recommends that the user install the appropriate protective programs to specifically provide protection against viruses and update them on a regular basis.

Data protection guarantees: I.T.P. Handels GmbH is in total compliance with the storage and processing of data according to the current Data Protection Law (DSG 2000). The buyer herewith agrees that the data necessary to complete the business transaction will be entered, processed and stored.
